You are GREAT...At your age I had been in music at my High School as a choral member and head trumpet in concert band to become the student leader for 3 years. Stroh! I saw the choir bash pics! looks like you guys had a lot of fun :-) I remember I think it was 2001 or 2002 - we had a choir camp where you mixed some kind of nasty drink that was like refried beans, sprite, pickle juice, and a bunch of other gross things - and if we got a trivia question wrong we had to drink it - and i distinctly remember a few people upchucking in the black box trashcan. fun times :-) Or when we had the scary movie night and watched halloween and the exorcist! I miss the good times back when you got to have fun in choir...all you do in choir is SING and get yelled at lol...what is up with that!? hehe :-)

A great big congrats to all the choir members for a wonderful two nights of madrigal dinner! You're right, Mr. Stroh, both the storyteller and jester(s) were wonderful. But who was the student who played Rowland? He was wonderful! Is he a choir student or is he a band geek?

Thank you guys for letting me accomplish the role of the jester in this years madrical dinner festival. Also i would like to thank you all of you for believing in me. It was great fun, and I only wish I could do it again!!! I will most definitely come again next year. and i am shamed at myself for not coming to the past madrical dinnerss...thanx again.

I'm so proud. Not only did my mom graduate from college this past month she is starting her new teaching job on the 25th. At last I will no longer be poor. Yeah. She is teaching 1st grade at Tangelwood Elementary. I am proud. So people the life lesson here is never give up. If my mom can get a four year degree in only 30 years you too can make your dreams come true.

The audition song end where the recording end. I just did some investigating and it looks like you have to have Quicktime 7 Pro in order to download and save the files on your computer. If you just have the Quicktime free version, you can only listen to the files. I didn't know this until you asked the question. Lauren You just need to pick one of the songs in the music section, listen to it, read the comments about it and get a copy of the music for it from me. Then you can write your paper about the piece and the performance of it. I will explain it further in 7th period tomorrow.

The answer to your question Lauren is YES! You will be in front of class alot in vocal tech. Not so much in Intermezzo, but I have you do a bunch of assignments to get you comfortable in front of a group of people.

I think I forgot to tell you... when i was in NYC I saw Sweeny Tod... BUT it was like a 12 person cast and each person played an instrument as they played there character... it was amazing!! and... Stroh... I applied for the A Cappella summer camp and when they called he said that they had cancelled the camp because not enough people applied. But after the deadline they got hundreds of applications. so they could have had the camp but they had already cancelled everything :o( -- Access broadway went great! I got 1st in pop/rock and 2nd in broadway... the studio got second... -- cant wait for california!!!

Hey! I you guys like crazy. I looked at the honors page and let me tell you I was not suprised. This choir was the best thing that ever happened to me and I was devestated to go. Hope all is well with everyone!!

That new acapella news on the home page is rediculous... GRRR... we'll win them all next year! We should audition for the group the last week of school and then start practice during the summer so the first week of school we can start showing off!! :o)
